This service provides Middle and High School youth tools and resources to succeed in college admission and scholarship processes.

 

We help students understand the process of preparing for and getting into college.

For example, we strive to make sure that our clients:

• Are taking the right courses as they prepare for high school, college, or careers

• Understand why it is vital to maintain good grades

• Are involved in school and community activities, which will have a positive impact as they matriculate from middle school to high school to college, a vocation, or careers

• Explore various sources for scholarships and successfully apply

• Develop skills and knowledge needed to be successful in the job market

Through this process, students will design their path to success by receiving some or all of the following services based on their personalized plan:

• Help to complete college applications

• Help to complete FAFSA (Free Application Federal Student Aid) and Residency Application

• Assistance in selecting the best fit for four-colleges/universities or community colleges

• Editing services for essay writing in support of college applications and scholarships

• Assistance researching scholarships

• Help to obtain Accommodations in compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) in post-secondary environments

• Review high school courses in preparation for college/community college

• Scholarships

• Resume Writing

• Development of a long-term plan for college or career

• Time Management training and support—How to Manage Deadlines, Study Schedules, etc.

• Note-Taking

• Mock-Interviews

• Leadership Development

• Oratorical/Public Speaking training

• Other activities as required
